In our life many students like to eat westen foods. These foods taste very good but they are not good for our health. And many students only eat their favourite foods. It's not good for our health too.

How can we keep healthy?

First we should eat more fruits and vegetables. They are good source fo vitamins minerals and fibre. And also we need to eat a balanced diet. A balanced diet will give us lots of energy. Second we should do some exercise. That can make our body strong. Third we should get up on time. go to bed on time. Try test tips maybe they will help you keep healthy.

在我们的生活中许多学生喜欢吃西方的食物。这些食物味道很好但是他们并不是对我们的健康有益。和许多学生只吃自己喜欢的食品。这不是对我们的健康有益。

All of us want to be healthy. What should we do to keep healthy?

First we should eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat every day. We shouldn’t eat too much meat or fast food. Second it’s necessary for us to have enough sleep. It will keep you active during the day. Third exercising often is also a good way to keep healthy. Such as running swimming playing basketball and so on. Finally we should keep our rooms clean and the air fresh all the time.
