Second,you should do more sports,like running,walking and riding.They can make you stronger and stronger.

每个人都想拥有一个健康的身体,但是如何保持健康呢?我会告诉你保持健康的方法。

首先,你必须吃良好的食物,每天。你应该有一个均衡的饮食,你应该每天吃水果,吃更多的蔬菜。水果和蔬菜是一个很好的来源,维生素,矿物质和纤维,它们可以帮助你成长并保持健康。

3How to keep Healthy

What’s the most important thing in the world? I think it is to be healthy. You can live without money houses cars or computers but you won’t live a happy life if you are not healthy. Then how to keep healthy?

First we must eat healthily. We should eat meat vegetables fruit and other kinds of food. Taking exercises is also very important it can help us build a strong body. If you don’t like sports you can walk for half an hour after meals.

Secondly, we must stay happy all the time. I think making friends is one of the best ways to help us stay happy. Because when you are with your friends you can share your happiness with them or you can tell them of your worries. Then you will be happy soon.

In a word keeping healthy is very important let’s take good of ourselves.

世界上最重要的事情是什么?我认为这是很健康。你生活中可以没有钱房子汽车或电脑但你不会过上幸福的生活如果你不健康。那么如何保持健康呢?

首先我们必须吃得健康。我们应该吃肉蔬菜水果和其他食物。锻炼也是非常重要的它可以帮助我们建立一个强壮的身体。如果你不喜欢运动可以饭后散步半个小时。

其次我们必须保持快乐。我认为交朋友是一个最好的方式来帮助我们保持快乐。因为当你和你的朋友、你可以与他们分享你的快乐或者你可以告诉他们你的忧虑。那么你很快就会快乐。

总之保持健康是非常重要的让我们好好对自己。

It's very important to keep healthy.

I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food. We shouldn't eat junk food because it is bad for our health. Drink water and milk as often as possible. Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger. Don't eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat. Don't spend too much time watching TV DVDs and Videos or using computers. It's good to take more exercise such as basketball bike riding swimming and so on.

Follow these and you can be healthy.

保持健康是非常重要的。

我认为我们每天都应该有健康的饮食吃适当的食物。我们不应该吃垃圾食品因为它对我们的健康有害。尽可能多的喝水和牛奶。牛奶是一种伟大的饮料可以给我们更多的钙使我们的骨骼更强。不要吃太多因为它会让你不舒服和脂肪。别花太多时间看电视、dvd和视频或者使用电脑。很好多加锻炼如篮球、骑自行车、游泳等等。

People often ask and are asked that what is the most important thing in life. Some people answer that family is the most important and others say love work or money. In my opinion health is the most important in life. However how to keep healthy?

人们常常会问或者被问什么是生命中最重要的东西。有的人会回答家庭是最重要的,其他人会说爱,工作和金钱是最重要的。在我看来,健康才是生命中最重要的。但是,怎样保持健康呢?

Firstly being positive. A positive attitude towards life must be good to health. It also brings you power to overcome disease. Secondly taking exercise regularly. Taking exercise regularly or even every day helps you build a strong body which is the base of health. Exercise can improve the ability of the body to fight disease. Thirdly making friends because friendship is an important part to influence your health. Many studies show that people with a wide range of social contacts get sick less than those who don't. I always feel better when I am with friends than when I am alone. Finally eating properly having good rest and building normal daily routine are aslo important to health.

首先,要积极。对生活的积极态度一定会对健康有好处。它也会给你带来克服疾病的力量。其次,要经常锻炼。经常甚至是每天锻炼能够帮助你建立强壮的身体,这是健康的基础。锻炼可以提高身体抵抗疾病的能力。再次,要多交朋友,因为友谊是影响你健康的重要部分。很多研究表明有广泛的社会交际的人比那些没有的人更少生病。当我跟朋友在一起的时候感觉比独自一人的时候好。最后,饮食合理,休息良好以及建立规律的日常生活对健康也很重要。

Health is a problem we should attach importance to. Only build a healthy body can us live a better life.

健康是我们应该重视的一个问题。只有建立健康的体魄我们才可以过上更好的生活。

Keep healthy is very important to us. But how to keep healthy is a problem.

As we know healthy food gives us energy. So first we must have enough food everyday. And we must also have the good eat habits . We should eat fresh fruit and vegetables but less meat We shouldn't eat bad food or drink sour milk. Because they are bad for our body. We should keep the air clean and fresh that will be good for our health .

The second we should do exersise every day . We can play basketball soccer and volleyball or swim and skate. Swimming is good for our lungs. Walking is good for our legs heart and lungs.So we must do more exersise.

As we know keeping healthy is important to us. But what should we do to keep healthy? Firstwe should get up early.

we should eat healthy food drink a lot of water and do more exercise . Food can give us energy. Doing exercise can make us strong. Secondwe should change clothes often wash hands often keep the air fresh and clean and do house cleaning often to stop germs from getting into our bodies.

You shouldn’t keep long fingernails. At last we should go to see a doctor at once if we don’t feel well.

你不应该留长指甲。最后我们应该马上去看医生如果我们觉得不舒服。

8How to keep healthy

Each of us should stay healthy, which is the foundation of our activities. Here are some ways to stay healthy.   

我们每个人都应该保持健康,因为健康是我们活动的基础。这里有一些保持健康的方法。   

First, we should spend one to two hours a day in regular exercise; try to walk instead of ride. Second, we should eat some healthy foods such as vegetables, fruits and so on. They are able to help us maintain a healthy body. When we are in trouble, try to relax our mood, listen to the soft music. It also enables us to maintain a good health. Finally there is a good sleep can also assure us a healthy body. We should sleep seven to eight hours a day to maintain adequate sleep. If we can do follow these advice, I believe we can have a healthy body, a better life.   

首先,我们应该花一到两个小时来做定时锻炼;尽量步行来代替乘车。第二,我们应该多吃一些健康的食品,如蔬菜,水果等。它们能够帮助我们保持健康的身体。当我们遇到麻烦时,尽量放松心情,听听柔和的音乐。这也能让我们保持良好的健康。最后,良好的睡眠也能保证我们有一个健康的身体。我们应该睡七到八小时来保持充足的睡眠。如果我们能够遵循这些建议,我相信我们能够有一个健康的身体,更好的生活。
