Nowadays, there is a growing focus on health care. People are pursuing a healthy lifestyle. A healthy diet is one of the most important parts of it. 

As the saying goes, bread is the staff of life, eating healthily and deliciously is the goal we pursue. From my point of view, in order to build healthy eating habits, we should eat more vegetables and less fat and sugar. Vegetable is the best source of s vitamin, because vegetables are rich in vitamins. Among them, vitamin C and vitamin A are the most important. 

Too much fat and sugar can lead to obesity, which is harmful to health. Besides, eating more fruits and drinking more water is of great help.

现在,人们越来越注重养生,人们在都追求健康的生活方式,其中健康饮食就是很重要的一个方面。

俗话说,民以食为天,吃得美味又健康是我们所追求的目标。我认为,为了养成健康的饮食习惯,我们应该多吃蔬菜,少摄入脂肪和糖分。蔬菜是维生素的最佳来源,其中以维生素A和维生素C最为重要。

过多的脂肪和糖分会导致肥胖,这有害于健康。此外,还应多吃水果多喝水,这都对健康有很大帮助。

What is healthy diet? To the most people healthy diet means more green foods no junk foods. T

he green food is those pollution-free high quality and nutrient food including the organic vegetables and meats fruits eggs and so on. The meals of healthy diet should be cooked with fewer salt and oil. And the junk food is those low nutrition high calorie processed food with much salt or oil such as the fries fried chickens salted eggs and so on. These foods will cause one get weight and increase the risk of many diseases.

We should keep a healthy diet abandon the junk food to keep ourselves healthy.

什么是健康饮食?对于大多数人来说,健康饮食就意味着多吃绿色食品,不要吃垃圾食品。

绿色食品就是那些无污染、高品质和营养的食物,包括有机蔬菜和肉类、水果、鸡蛋等等。健康饮食的膳食应该用更少的盐和油制作。而垃圾食品是指那些低营养、高热量、再加工的高盐重油食品,例如薯条、炸鸡和咸蛋等等。这些食品会导致一个人发胖,并增加疾病的风险。

为了保持健康,我们应该保持健康饮食,抛弃垃圾食品。

Everyone has his favorite food.I think eating healthy food is important for you .

someone likes fast food. I think it`s bad for you.You should eat a lot of vegetable and drink some milk.It`s good fou you health.

someone is a vegetarian.they eat vegetable and fruit every day they think it`s good for health but I think it`s also fine to eat some meat or fish .

People who eat a balanced diet should be healthier than those who only eat biscuits and hamburgersshouldn`t they?I prefer to only eat healthy foodand I think I`m a vegetarian.

每个人都有他最喜欢的食物。我认为吃健康的食物是很重要的。

有人喜欢快餐。我认为这是对你有害。你应该吃大量的蔬菜喝一些牛奶。它喝醉的你的健康有好处。

人是一个素食者。他们每天吃蔬菜和水果他们认为这对健康有好处但我认为这也可以吃一些肉或鱼。

吃平衡饮食的人应该比只吃饼干和汉堡的人健康不应该吗?我更喜欢只吃健康的食物我认为我是一个素食者。

It's of great importance for everyone to form a good habit of healthy diet. firstly,It can contribute to staying healthy weight.secondly,It can be also good for maintaining our physical power ,so that we can be absolutely energic to study and do something else.thirdly,It can help improve our life qualities.

We have realized the significance of healthy diet , but how can we understand it accurately? It includes proper  composition of one's  diet ,that is,we should maintain the balance of  nutrition.besides,green vegetables and fresh fruit are also healthy food. On top of these, good moods and regular physical exercise are the same important  as  healthy diet.

对每个人来说都是非常重要的,形成一个良好的健康饮食习惯。首先,它有助于保持健康的体重。其次,它也可以很好的维持我们的体力,所以,我们绝对可以精力充沛的去学习和做其他的事情。第三,它可以帮助提高我们的生活品质。

我们已经意识到健康饮食的重要性,但是我们如何理解准确吗?它包括适当成分的饮食,我们应保持营养的平衡。此外,绿色蔬菜和新鲜的水果也是健康食品。在这些之上,良好的情绪和有规律的体育锻炼和健康的饮食是一样的重要。

From this, we are able to determine ourselves our limits of how much we will eat, as well as foods we will not eat - which can develop into eating disorders, such as anorexia or bulimia This is also true with how we perceive the sizes of the meals or amounts of food we consume daily; people have different interpretations of small and large meals based on upbringing.

I like to eat many kinds of food such as chicken wings eggs tomatoes potatoes beef fish green peppers and so on.

They are healthy food. I also eat some junk food too for example pizza hamburgers chips are my favourite. They are very nice but not healthy. I like beef best. Beef makes me stronger .It is good for my body. It’s very tasty and delicious. I have a good diet. I eat a lot of rice and noodles some meat and fish a little salt and sugar. Then I can keep my diet fit healthy. Eating some fruit after meals is good for my health.

This’s my healthy diet.

我喜欢吃各种各样的食物如鸡翅膀鸡蛋西红柿土豆牛肉鱼青椒等。

7healthy diet

Healthy diet is very important for us firstly because it helps to keep us fit and have a proper weight; secondly because it helps us to be energetic enough to study and work hard; finally because it helps to improve the quality of our life.

In order to have a healthy diet we should first have a reasonable and scientific diet structure which consists of enough green vegetables and fruit and as little as possible the food high in fat sugar and salt which does great harm to our health.

Besides a cheerful state of mind and proper physical exercise are equally important to our health as healthy diet.

健康的饮食对我们来说是非常重要的首先因为它可以帮助我们保持健康有一个适当的体重;其次因为它帮助我们足够精力充沛的努力学习和工作最后因为它有助于提高我们的生活质量。

为了有一个健康的饮食我们应该首先有一个合理的、科学的饮食结构由足够的绿色蔬菜和水果尽量少和高脂肪的食物糖和盐这对我们的健康带来极大的危害。

此外一个快乐的心境和适当的体育锻炼和健康的饮食同样重要的是对我们的健康。

8Health and diet

Last night I ate a lot of food such as KTC and ice cream before I slept I ate some cold food in the fridge.

At midnight I felt my stomach hurt badly my family was woke up they sent me to the hospital. After seeing the doctor he told me that I had eaten too much food what’s more the food was not healthy so it hurt my stomach. Since then I realized that I should not eat the rubbish food often I should keep the healthy diet.

Now my diet is regular I won’t take in much food before sleeping my body is becoming healthy. In the morning I eat an egg and make sure I take in enough vitamins. Even when I see the rubbish food is tempting I take no hesitation to say no to them. I am so proud of myself.

昨晚,我吃了很多事物,比如肯德基和冰淇淋,在睡觉前,我吃了一些在冰箱里面的冷食物。

半夜里,我觉得胃疼得厉害,我的家人被吵醒了,他们把我送到了医院。看过了医生以后,医生告诉我吃了太多的东西,而且,吃的都是不健康的食物,因此我的胃才会那么疼。打从那时起,我意识到自己不能经常吃垃圾食品,我应该保持健康的饮食。

现在我的饮食很健康,我不会在睡觉前吃很多东西,我的身体变得健康。早上,我吃了一个鸡蛋,确保我吸收足够的营养。即使当我看到很诱惑的垃圾食品时,我也毫不犹豫地说不。我为自己感到自豪。
