In my mind, a healthy life includes physical and mental health. People need to have a healthy diet and regular exercise to make our physical more and more healthy.

At least do not be depressed for a long time. People can have a healthy life only when they keep a good health between physical and mental.

2healthy life

There is a saying that health is better than wealth.It is very important for people to lead a healthy life because one cannot be happy if he is ill.

In order to lead a happy and healthy life,we should eat breakfast every morning,take in more vitamins and minerals and eat less fat and cholesterol.Secondly,we must get enough sleep because sleep is vital to good health.If we don’t have enough sleep,our memory,learning and logical reasoning will be negatively affected.Thirdly,it is most important for us to do exercises regularly.It can help control weight and maintain healthy bones,muscles and joints.Moreover,it also helps reduce risk of high blood pressure and diabetes.

Bodily hygiene is also important.We should practice good dental hygiene by brushing our teeth every morning and at night.We should visit the dentist once a year to clean our teeth.

Last of all,we should take up a hobby because hobbies are enjoyable and relaxing activities.They help people live happier,healthier and recover better from illness.

In conclusion,if we are able to follow the above steps,we can lead a healthy life and ensure that we are free from illnesses.

有一个说健康比财富更重要。是非常重要的人们过上健康的生活,因为如果不开心他病了。

3healthy life

April 7th is World Health Day. Only if we have a healthy body we can do everything well. So health is very important to all of us. However now some people often Smoke and go to work without having breakfast which is a bad habit. It will be bad for our health. Not having breakfast we may feel tired and hungry. As a result we can’t get along well with anything.

In order to keep healthy I think we should do the following: Firstly be happy every day. Secondly go to bed early and get up early. Have 8 or 9 hours’ sleep every night. Thirdly do more exercise and eat more vegetables such as white radish apples tomatoes. Finally try to give up smoking and drinking .

If we can do the things above we will have a healthy life.

4月7日是世界健康日。只有当我们有一个健康的身体我们能做的一切。所以健康是非常重要的我们所有的人。然而现在有些人经常吸烟上班不吃早餐这是一个坏习惯。这将是对我们的健康有害。不吃早餐我们可能会感到又累又饿。因此我们不能与什么相处得很好。

为了保持健康我认为我们应该做到以下几点:首先要快乐每一天。第二早睡早起。每天晚上都有8或9小时的睡眠。第三多做运动多吃蔬菜如白色的萝卜、苹果、西红柿。最后试着放弃抽烟和喝酒。

如果我们能做到上面的事情我们将会有一个健康的生活。

4A Healthy Lifestyle

If we want to live a happy and healthy lifewe need to keep a healthy lifestyle.

Frist of allwe need enough sleep .Every day we should sleep for at least eight hours.Sleep very late is bad for healthso we had better go to bed before ten o 'clock at night .

Secondly it is also important to eat enough vegetables and fruits everyday.Vegetables can give us a lot of Vc and Vd.There is a saying:an apple a day keeps a doctor awayso it's good to have some fruits every day.Alsowe need to drink enough water.

To sum upwe should keep a healthy life style.I wish everybody can have a healthy body.

如果我们想要健康快乐的生活我们需要保持一个健康的生活方式。

首先我们需要足够的睡眠。我们应该每天至少睡八个小时。很晚睡觉对健康有害所以我们最好在10点钟前上床睡觉在晚上。

其次同样重要的是要每天吃足够的蔬菜和水果。蔬菜可以给我们很多Vc和Vd。有一个说:一天一个苹果医生远离我所以很高兴有一些水果每一天。同时我们需要喝足够的水。

总而言之我们应该保持一个健康的生活方式。我希望每个人都能有一个健康的身体。

5healthy life

With the deveolopment of Chinese economic people’s living standard improve. Meat is much more available to people. Meanwhile the increasing pressure makes people has no time to exercise. As a result a large number people are suffering obesity or more or less illness. So more and more people are dreaming to keep fit in both physical and mental. To reach the goal I have some suggestions following. 随着中国经济的发展,人民生活水平的提高。人们可以吃到更多的肉。同时,日益增加的压力让人们没有时间锻炼。因此大量的人患有肥胖症或多或少的生病。所以越来越多的人想保持身心健康。为了达到这个目标,我有以下一些建议。 To begin with exercise is the most important factor. Doing exercise can not only build people’s body but also relax themseves. People always say that exercise one hour everyday healthy lifetime. So I suggest those people who want to be health should do exercise everyday. Considering their time people can do exercise after work or after school even one or twice a week. They can chose to paly sports running walking swimming or any other exercise that can relax themselves. Secondly it is nessary to keep a good diet. There is saying”A apple a day keeps the doctor away.” People need to eat less meat and more vegetable to get enough vitamin and reduce the needless fat. Last but not least always keeping a good mood can make half the work with double results. A good mood is essential to do a happy life. Do you have a healthy life? I have a healthy life.

Let me tell you about it. First I have a great eating habit. I eat vegetables and fruit every day and I drink yogurt twice a week .Although I like junk food very much I try to eat it once a week because it is bad for my health. And I also eat less meat. Then I hold on to playing sports every day. I jog 2 kilometers and jump 2 hours. Next I go to bed early and get up early. I keep sleeping for about 8 hours. Having a great eating habits and doing exercise can help me get good grades.

As you can see having a healthy life is important for everyone. Let’s have a healthy life style and lead a happy life.

7My Healthy Life

Health is very important for everyone. So people want to have a healthy life.

In fact everyone can have a healthy life. Such as: I usually eat fruit vegetables eggs and rice. I hardly eat burgers. I think we could eat meat and ice-cream amount. Water and milk are good for your health. It’s important to play basketball run and have enough sleep. We couldn’t spend a long time for watching TV and playing computer. It’s bad for our eyes.

We should keep happy confident helpful and friendly. I don’t think nervous and angry are good for our health.

健康对每个人来说都是非常重要的。所以人们想要一个健康的生活。
