    I like reading very much, because I can get a lot from books or magazines. When I was little, I read books with many colorful pictures. They are very attractive with such beautiful pictures. Besides, there are some simple stories in them, so this is the beginning I learn something. Gradually, I started to read books and magazines, which really brings fun and knowledge to me. I think reading firstly brings enjoyment to people. While reading, you can get information or you can imagine anything in your mind. It’s an endless journey. It can greatly broaden your imagination and thoughts.

篇十一：圣诞节 Christmas

    Christmas is annual festival in western world that is one of the most important festivals for them. Previously, only westerners or Christians celebrate it. But in recent years, more and more Chinese people celebrate it, especially among young people. There are many activities in that day. I think there are the following reasons that make Christmas popular in China. First, it’s a western holiday and it’s new to Chinese. Second, with the development of the world, the mutual influence between China and the west makes it work. Last, the merchants make great contribution to its popularity.

篇十二：My Bedroom 我的卧室

    I have a beautiful and sweet bedroom. My mother decorates it for me. She always says that a girl deserves a bedroom like a princess. The main colors of my room are pink and white. The wall, the bed and the chest are pink. And the desk is white. The curtains are beautiful with lovely followers on them. Every day when I open my eyes, I feel happy and beloved. I clean my room often and tidy my things up. I don’t want it become dirty or in a mess. I am thankful to my parents.
