As is stated in the report many accidents happened in our daily life including the traffic drowning stampeding and so on which caused many disasters. Consequently giving personal safety lessons may stop the similar disasters.

There is no denying the fact that more and more accidents took place around us making our personal safety under thread. Therefore personal safety should be the priority to the students.

Having read the report about accidents happened in China I instantly think of the accident which occurred to me ten years ago. Like other naughty boys I like doing sports especially swimming. It happened to be a summer hot noon. I went out to swim with my neighbor without parents’ permission. Happy as we were we even tried having a competition to see who could swim the fastest and farthest. In order to show my ability of swimming I spared no effort to swim. Not until the middle of the river did I realize that I have no other strength left and my body was sinking into the deep of the water. Fortunately with the help of my friends I had a narrow escape. What an unforgettable experience! It is my showing off that causes the unnecessary accident.

This case is only one among several hundreds terrible accidents that take place around us every day. It is high time that we be aware of the importance of personal safety. And only with a good sense of personal safety can we live a safe and happy life!

Along with the advance of the society more and more problems are brought to our attention one of which is that personal safety.Safety is an important factor of life it determines our way of living. If someone have no regards to safety they will soon get into a lot of trouble.But some people towards safety problems have the one-sided view they ignore these problems in our real life. They are just like the blind men in the story of "The Blind Men and the Elephant."

In fact safety problems are everywhere around us. Many accidents happened in our daily life including the traffic drowning stampedingkidnapping and so on which caused many disasters. Consequently giving personal safety lessons may stop the similar disasters. Some people are much worried about their safety problems. But they do not think about the problems in a wise way. They do not want to work out some effective ways to solve these problems. They just only care about their own problems blindly.

There are a lot things we could do to get some safety. One of them is to put away your credit debit cards and important things in a secure place and not tell anybody your card numbers and your passwords. We should learn the protective measures to improve self-preservation consciousness. Another thing you should be aware of is to lock you house after you leave or after you come in. Also check the lights and stoves before you go to sleep. When something bad happens we should take some effective measures to reduce the harm or damage to the minimum. Those are all examples of how to protect yourself. I think safety is the most important thing in life. We should launch some campaigns to raise people's awareness to safety. We should make some laws toprotect people and their property from the harm and loss.

In recent years there has been a marked growth of fire accidents in big cities of our country. Almost every day we see fire engines rushing through the streets. Fires have not only resulted in heavy economic losses but also injured and killed many people.

What are the causes of fire accidents? Most of the fires are brought about by carelessness and violation of fire safety regulations. Others are due to the poor quality of home electrical appliances. By the way some people don't know how to use them properly. Besidesthere are quite a few businesses which focus so much of their attention on profits that they tend to neglect and even ignore fire precautions.

In my opinion in order to prevent fires we should first of all foster people's sense of fire prevention. The second thing we have to do is to increase the number of professional fire fighters to whom regular training courses should be offered. Finally we are to improve the existing fire engines and add more fire facilities to high-rise buildings. In this way a reliable fire prevention system will be formed.
