1火灾中如何自我保护

Good morning everyoneI am very happy to be here to tell you something on “how to protect ourselves in a fire disaster”. When a fire breaks out we should keep calm and dial 119 as soon as possible and remember to tell the exact site where the fire broke out. Cut off the electricity and don’t open any windows because the oxygen comes in will make the fire bigger.

If possible try to find the extinguisher to put out the fire. Don’t take elevators and stick to the stairs if you are trying to escape. Also we should cover our mouths and noses with a wet cloth to protect ourselves from the smoke. I hope these tips can give you a great help in your daily life.

Recently it has been a great public concern that the students lack self-protection awareness. As is vividly shown in the picture society schools parents and especially students should work together to ensure students’ security.

There is a lack of social experience among students and therefore learning how to protect ourselves is of great significance to us all. For one thing security comes first. Without security we can achieve nothing and can not live up to parents’ expectations. For another thing protecting ourselves contributes to the healthy development of the students which is associated with the happiness of every family. Meanwhile it also helps to build a more harmonious society.

Personally in order to protect us students above all we should strengthen our security awareness. Besides when accidents occurwe should calm down and turn to teachers or parents for help. The government also plays a leading role in protecting students. In a word only by the combined efforts of every side involved can we live and study in harmony.

Recently a large number of affairs about sexual assault were disclosed and reported by mass media. As far as I am concerned people should get some enlightenment from these affairs such as enhancing and strengthening education in self-protection awareness especially for children and students.

Children and students are hurt most in this kind of affairs. As a result to enhance and strengthen their self-protection awareness is indispensable. In addition to strengthen the awareness of defending danger is also important. If they can realize the potential danger from someone or something before it happens they can make some preparations to avoid the danger and reduce the rate of being hurt.

Therefore I advocate that parents should help their children develop self-protection awareness from birth such as designing some situation for them to cope with. In addition parents should teach their children to recognize the danger and how to avoid and reduce the danger from outside. Besides children also need to develop an excellent ability of observation.

In a word to protect children needs both the effort of parents and children themselves.
