1我们的约定

Yesterday is Mary’s birthday.

After class we walked home together. We talked for a long time and had an appointment. We would be friends forever. We all said that no matter what happens in the future we will be friends forever. We were neighbors and we played together when we started to remember things. We often heard the adults say that many things will change as we grow up. But we believe our friendship will not change forever so we have our deal.

2约定餐厅

In past few years our family likes to go the Appointment Restaurant for dinner now and then. As a child I don’t think the food in that restaurant is very special. But the environment is good. It is clean and quiet. They like to play soft music. I always think my parents love it just because of the environment. But later they tell me it is because of the name of the restaurant. They hope our family can realize the appointment that we can have family activity now and then. This is an appointment that they make for me.

Hearing their reason I love the name of that restaurant.　

3四年后的约定

Last night my friends and I went back to the primary school. We walked around the school and talked about the funny things that happened at that time. We were going to college soon so we would be apart soon but we were happy about our future school life. Suddenly an idea came across my mind I said to my friends that we could make a deal about four years later we would graduate at that time. My friends were so excited about it they agreed with me. So we made the deal that four years later we got together here. I started to think about what I would become four years later maybe a teacher or a businessman.

The deal helps us to have a chance to keep in touch with each other. I am so looking forward to carrying out it.

4约定的时间

The time of a date has different standard for boys and girls.

Girls always like to be late for about ten minutes while boys always reach the destination on time. If the girls are earlier than the boys then the situation will become awkward it is not polite to let a girl wait for a boy. But sometimes girls are always late for more than half an hour which annoys the boys. It is said that if you call a girl to ask her if she is on the way then she will answer you that she just goes out of the house the truth is that she is still in the house. Most girls are late for making up for a long time. It is considerate to be late for a date for a few minutes but it is impolite to be late for much time.
