It’s bad for our eyes and health.If we make good use of the Internet,it will be our best friends and help us a lot .

The Internet is wonderful and useful. 

We can do some shopping without leaving our houses. We can use the Internet for looking for jobs or selling things. We can watch movies, listen to music and write e-mails on the Internet. But there are some bad things on the Internet. We can’t often play games on the Internet. 

They are bad for our eyes. And we shouldn’t spend too much time on it.

The Internet is very important in our daily life. 

On the Internet, we can learn news both at home and in the world. And we can also learn all kinds of information. We can send e-mails to our friends by Internet. We can even make phone calls, go to net school, read many books and learn foreign languages alone. If you are free, we can enjoy music, watch sports and play chess and cards on the Internet. We can do shopping, have a chat with others and make friends with them.

Using the Internet，students are able to get the latest information from literature to sports. Students can also join the group on line, discuss such things as maths problems, school life and so on. Through the Internet students can broaden their view. 

But if students spend too much time on line, it will do them harm.

What's more, where we get tired from work or study, we can relax  ourselves by playing PC games and talking with friends through QQ. But instead of working, studying or sleeping, some people like to be on line all the time. They even spend the whole night on it. In this way, they waste a lot of time. Playing PC games for a long time is bad for people's eyes, too. We should learn to use the Internet properly so that it will become really helpful to us.
