A healthy diet is important for me.

for breakfast,I usually have some bread,milk and fruit.

I often have rice,soup,meat and vegetables for lunch.

After school,I walk to home,then I do my homework first,I always have soup,meat,rice and vegetables for supper.I watch less than 1 hour TV every.

If you want to be healthy,you must change you diet.

I eat lots of vegetables every day.of course,I eat some fruit.I never eat junk food and drink carbonated beverage.I always do a lot of exercise so I am very fit.I think doing sports is also good for this.Ialways play soccer and basketball.

Nowadays, there is a growing focus on health care. People are pursuing a healthy lifestyle. A healthy diet is one of the most important parts of it.

As the saying goes, bread is the staff of life, eating healthily and deliciously is the goal we pursue. 

From my point of view, in order to build healthy eating habits, we should eat more vegetables and less fat and sugar. Vegetable is the best source of s vitamin, because vegetables are rich in vitamins. Among them, vitamin C and vitamin A are the most important. Too much fat and sugar can lead to obesity, which is harmful to health. Besides, eating more fruits and drinking more water is of great help.

如今,人们越来越关注医疗保健。人们追求健康的生活方式。健康的饮食是最重要的部分之一。

俗话说的好,面包是生活的员工、健康饮食和美味是我们追求的目标。

From a psychological and cultural perspective, a healthier diet may be difficult to achieve for people with poor eating habits.

This may be due to tastes acquired in early adolescence and preferences for sugary and fatty foods. It may be easier for such a person to transition to a healthy diet if treats such as chocolate are allowed; sweets may act as mood stabilizers, which could help reinforce correct nutrient intake.

从心理和文化的角度来看,一个更健康的饮食可能难以实现人与不良的饮食习惯。

It's of great importance for everyone to form a good habit of healthy diet. firstly,It can contribute to staying healthy weight.secondly,It can be also good for maintaining our physical power ,so that we can be absolutely energic to study and do something else.thirdly,It can help improve our life qualities.

We have realized the significance of healthy diet , but how can we understand it accurately? It includes proper  composition of one's  diet ,that is,we should maintain the balance of  nutrition.besides,green vegetables and fresh fruit are also healthy food. On top of these, good moods and regular physical exercise are the same important  as  healthy diet.

对每个人来说都是非常重要的,形成一个良好的健康饮食习惯。首先,它有助于保持健康的体重。其次,它也可以很好的维持我们的体力,所以,我们绝对可以精力充沛的去学习和做其他的事情。第三,它可以帮助提高我们的生活品质。

Everyone has his favorite food.I think eating healthy food is important for you .

someone likes fast food. I think it`s bad for you.You should eat a lot of vegetable ,and drink some milk.It`s good fou you health.

someone is a vegetarian.they eat vegetable and fruit every day, they think it`s good for health, but I think it`s also fine to eat some meat or fish .

People who eat a balanced diet should be healthier than those who only eat biscuits and hamburgers,shouldn`t they?I prefer to only eat healthy food,and I think I`m a vegetarian.

每个人都有他最喜欢的食物。我认为吃健康的食物是很重要的。

有人喜欢快餐。我认为这是对你有害。你应该吃大量的蔬菜,喝一些牛奶。它喝醉的你的健康有好处。
