1Nuclear energy

Nuclear energy is “the cleanest and most cost-effective power resources”.

In the nuclear reaction process does not produce the greenhouse gases. So the nuclear energy is called “the clean energy”. Use nuclear energy to replace the fossil energy the greenhouse effect will be brought under control and protect the environment from the badly gas. The second of the advantage of nuclear energy is that nuclear fuel has small size so it is easy for transportation and storage. This can save much money and space in the transport and stockpile. Besides there is abundant material of nuclear energy. Uranium is enormous under sea. There is organization which estimated the world uranium reservation can be consumed 150 years at lethe external environment because of the accident will damage the ecology and people. The debate about whether to build and developing nuclear power is again in full swing.

核能是“最清洁、最划算的电力资源”。

在核反应过程中不会产生温室气体。所以核能被称为“清洁能源”。使用核能源来取代化石能源温室效应将得到控制和保护环境的气体。第二个核能的优势是核燃料体积小便于运输和储存。这可以节省很多钱和空间的运输和储存。此外还有丰富的核能源材料。铀在海洋是巨大的。有组织估计世界上铀的预订可以消耗150年忘却的外部环境因为会破坏生态和人的事故。讨论是否建立和发展核能再次全面展开。

2Nuclear energy

Nowadays energy can be obtained through various sources such as oil coal natural gas solar heat wind etc. But the conventional energy like oil coals are being used up rapidly and solar heat can't become widely used immediately for technological reason. In my opinion unclear energy will take the place of conventional energy because people now can control this energy freely and unclear energy is non-polluting inexhaustible and it's much safer than coal and oil. Coal and oil are burned they also produce many harmful gases and the air has been seriously polluted by such gases which will threaten people's living environment. And many accident happened because of the wrong use of such energies.

However such things can't happen when we use nuclear energy though when the nuclear leaks out it will do great harm to people' s health and the environment. We can do enough work to avoid such things and limited such things at a low percentage.

I believe if we use the nuclear energy in the right way it will provide us enough energy without doing any harm to us.

如今能源可以通过各种渠道如石油、煤、天然气、太阳能热风等等。但传统能源如石油煤炭被迅速消耗并且太阳能热不能立即成为广泛使用的技术原因。在我看来不能源代替传统的能源因为人们现在可以自由控制这种能量并且能源无污染无穷无尽的它比煤炭和石油安全的多。煤和石油燃烧他们也产生许多有害气体严重污染了空气等气体这将威胁到人们的生活环境。和许多事故发生因为错误的使用这样的能量。

然而这样的事情是不可能发生的当我们使用核能源尽管核泄漏时它将极大的危害人们的健康和环境。我们可以做足够的工作来避免这样的事情和有限的这些事情在一个较低的百分比。

我相信如果我们使用核能以正确的方式它将为我们提供足够的能量没有做任何伤害我们。

3The development and utilization of nuclear energy

China should further develop nuclear energy because nuclear power accounts for only 2% of its total generating capacity currently. Such proportion ranks the thirtieth in all the countries possessing nuclear power which is almost the last.

After Japan’s nuclear power accident in March 2011 nuclear power development in China was suspended so was the approval of new nuclear power plants. Also the national safety check for the nuclear power was carried out. IT was not until October 2012 that the approval was prudently resumed.

With the improvement of technology and safety measures there is little possibility for nuclear accidents to happen. In other words there won’t be any trouble to develop and exploit the nuclear power.

中国应该进一步发展核能因为核电只占总发电量的2%。这样的比例排名第三十拥有核能的国家这几乎是最后一个。

2011年3月日本核电事故后中国核电发展的是暂停所以批准新的核电站。同时国家核电进行了安全检查。直到2012年10月批准是谨慎地恢复。

随着技术的进步和安全措施没有核事故发生的可能性。换句话说不会有任何麻烦开发和利用核能。

4The negative influence of the nuclear energy development

The nuclear energy development also has negative influence to the whole society.

First the nuclear weapons have a large damage to the human beings. We have used the nuclear energy to make the atomic bomb and hydrogen bomb which are the weapons with massive murdering and destruction functions. When the nuclear weapons explode the energy they release are huge than the ordinary explosive.If the weapon is handled by some dangerous people which will lead to a large damage to the world and the people. Second the nuclear energy can release the emissive materials. The heat from the nuclear energy does not come from burning. So it will not lead to the air pollution but it will not release carbon dioxide. But when the nuclear electric station is working a little emissive materials still can be released into the nature. There are also a lot of wastes dumped during the process of producing electricity. The nuclear leak is also a terrible accident that can cause a lot of damage to the environment. Third the nuclear materials’ spreading will have a large damage to the world and people. How to deal with the nuclear materials is one of the challenges that are faced during the process of nuclear using. The stealing of the nuclear materials often happens in the world which will give the opportunity to the dangerous people.

核能源开发也有负面影响整个社会。

首先核武器人类有很大的损害。我们使用核能原子弹和氢弹是大规模谋杀和杀伤性武器的功能。核武器爆炸时它们释放的能量比普通炸药是巨大的。如果武器是由一些危险的人来说这将会导致一个大损害世界和人。第二核能可以释放放射性材料。核能并非来自的热量燃烧。所以它不会导致空气污染但是它不会释放二氧化碳。但当核能发电站工作时一个小发射材料还可以释放到大自然。也有很多废物倾倒在发电的过程中。核泄漏也是一个可怕的事故对环境造成很大的损害。第三核材料的扩散将世界和人有很大的伤害。如何应对核材料的一个挑战面临核过程中使用。抄袭核材料的经常发生这将给机会危险的人。

5The positive influence of the nuclear energy development

The nuclear energy has positive influence to people.

First it can help people product the electricity. For a long time we will use the coal oil natural gas to produce the electricity. But as we all know these kinds of energy all have pollutions to the environment. These energy is limited in this world. They can be used off by one day. So we need to find some energy to instead of them. The nuclear energy is very important which has high efficiency and will not pollute the environment. According to the statistics of Japan atom industry association the number of nuclear station in the world is 435. With the time going there will be more and more nuclear station in the world. These nuclear stations are used to produce the electricity.

Second the nuclear energy can help the development of medical nuclear technology. The medical nuclear technology is a necessary method for the medical diagnosis and treatment and pathology research such as nuclear medicine nuclear visualization technology and so on. All these medical aspects use the nuclear energy.

Third the nuclear energy also promotes the development of agriculture. We have already used the nuclear technology technology in improving the species of agriculture. Now it has been spread in the field of grain cotton oil and so on which has gained a lot of benefits.

核能有积极影响的人。

首先它可以帮助人们产品电力。很长一段时间我们将使用煤炭、石油、天然气生产的电力。但我们都知道这些能源对环境都有污染。这些能源是有限的在这个世界上。他们可以使用一天。所以我们需要找到一些能量来代替它们。核能源是非常重要的效率高不污染环境。据日本原子工业协会的统计世界上核电站的数量是435。时间将会有越来越多的核电站。这些核电站是用来产生电力。
