People three meals a day is essential,but every meal we should pay attention to a balanced diet.

For some of the more love to eat the meat of obese people,we should eat more vegetables and fruits,should pay attention to drink,do not drink,but also eat snacks; and for some malnourished people we should pay attention to eat more high protein food,of course,also want to eat green vegetables.

Balanced nutrition for our body is very important,so we should have a balanced diet,to keep our body healthy.

人们一日三餐是必不可少的,但每顿饭我们应该注意均衡饮食。

对于一些肥胖的人更爱吃肉类的,我们应该多吃蔬菜和水果,应注意喝,不喝,还吃零食;和营养不良的人应注意多吃高蛋白食物,当然,也要吃绿色蔬菜。

均衡的营养对我们的身体是非常重要的,所以我们应该有一个均衡的饮食,保持身体健康。

2Have a balanced diet

Many people are busy with work,most of the time they don't have enough time to have breakfast,even lunch and dinner.This is a very serious problem.

In my opinion ,health is very important, because i have stomach trouble,this just because i didn't like to eat my breakfast when i was young. About two months my stomach will hurt,sometimes I just want to cry ,it's so hurt.Idon't want someone else will have stomach problem like me .

Although ,you have a lot of money you can't bring back your health.I hope everyone can have a balanced diet,then you will have a happy life.

It's so easy,just have your meals on time.Try your best not to eat unhealthy food ,like KFC , MacDonald and so on.

Vegetables have much vitamin.It's good for our health,milk is good too.I 'm looking forward to see you 'll have a balanced diet.

很多人都忙于工作,大部分时间他们没有足够的时间吃早餐,午餐和晚餐。这是一个非常严重的问题。

3balanced diet

With the development of economy and the improvement of living standards, more and more nutritious foods containing high levels of protein, fat and calories have been introduced to people's diet. Many people are now enjoying a much better life, which is regarded as luxury by their grandparents. Children are always pestering their parents to take them to the fast food restaurants such as McDonlds and KFC. Adults, on the other hand, like to have lots of meat and seafood. As a result, fat people can be seen everywhere.

Some people think that being fat means good health. But this is not really the case according to research and experiments done in this field. In fact being too fat may cause such fat related diseases as heart attack, hypertension, etc. Seeing that they are getting too fat, some people go on a diet that's too stringent or too lean in order to lose weight. Consequently, they suffer from other diseases such as anemia and malnutrition.

Obviously, the foods we eat have profound effects on our health. Having too much rich food all the time is no good, nor is it much good to have too simple adiet. We shouldn't go to either extremes. If we want to keep fit, we should have a balanced diet. Remember a well balanced diet plus proper exercises can keep us healthy and energized all the time.

随着经济的发展和生活水平的提高,越来越多的营养的食物含有高水平的蛋白质,脂肪和热量被引入人们的饮食。许多人正在享受一个更好的生活,这被认为是奢侈品由他们的祖父母。孩子们总是缠着他们的父母带他们去快餐店,如麦当劳和肯德基。成年人,另一方面,有很多肉和海鲜。因此,肥胖的人随处可见。

4a balanced diet

In the past few years,great changes have taken place in people’s concept of diet. At present, the issue of balanced diet has been in the limelight and has aroused wide concern in the public.   

A majority of people insist that we should lead a balanced diet. Those people believe that a balanced nutrition plays a significant role in the growth and development of human body. The seven major nutrient elements, minerals, lipid, protein, vitamins, carbohydrates, dietary fiber and water, all have their own unique functions to human body .However, an increasing number of people make a choice to go veggie these days .They refuse to eat meat products and think highly of vegetarianism . The main reason they choose to go veggie may be that a vegetarian diet can cut your risk of food borne illness , that is to say, plant foods can lower your risk of some chronic diseases in a way while animal foods increase them. Besides, a vegetarian diet help preserve the environment and welfare of millions animals.   

From my point of view, people should eat balancedly with both plant foods and animal foods. Only plant foods without animal foods , or only animal foods without plant foods can both develop some damage to our health to a certain extent. Thus, only when we truly lead a balanced diet, can we be in good health both physically and mentally.

在过去的几年里,发生了巨大的变化在人们的饮食的概念。目前,均衡饮食的问题已经在聚光灯下,已经引起了公众的广泛关注。

大多数人认为我们应该领导一个均衡的饮食。那些人相信平衡营养中起着重要作用在人体的生长和发育。七大营养元素、矿物质、脂类、蛋白质、维生素、碳水化合物、水和膳食纤维,对人体都有自己的独特的功能。然而,越来越多的人选择素食。他们拒绝吃肉的产品和高度评价素食主义者。主要原因他们选择素食可能是素食可以减少你的食物引起的疾病的风险,也就是说,植物性食物可以降低你的一些慢性疾病的风险而动物性食品中增加他们。此外,素食有助于保护环境和福利数以百万计的动物。

在我看来,人们应该吃均衡地与植物性食物和动物性食品。唯一没有动物性食品中植物性食物,或者只动物性食品中没有植物食品既能开发一些损害我们的健康在一定程度上。因此,只有当我们真正领导一个均衡的饮食,我们可以在健康身心。
