1善意的谎言

Recently, I find it’s more and more useful to tell white lies, especially to our family or friends. Because white lies more or less can make them comfortable.

Take my parents for example. They always worry about me. Now I’m far away from home. As long as I have something wrong, they’ll become very anxious. For sure, I do have some trouble sometimes, but what I usually tell them is I’m just ok, please don’t worry.

Similarly, if one of my friends show me her new dress, I’ll say “ah, it’s pretty well!”, or, “hmm. I think it’s quite fit you.” My praise makes both of us happy.

So why not tell some white lies to the persons who you love and make your relationship closer? I think it a good idea.

2第一次撒谎The First Time I Lie

When we go to school, our teacher tells us children should never lie to parents, but I don’t obey it all the time. I still remember the first time I lie to my mother, I tells her I need some money to buy a book, I don’t tell her the right money, I ask her to give more than I need. My mother knows it, I feel regret and say sorry, since then, I never lie to my mother.

当我们上学的时候，我的老师告诉我们孩子不应该对父母撒谎，但是我没有一直遵守它。我仍然记得我第一次对我妈妈撒谎，我告诉她我需要钱买书，我没有告诉她正确的钱，我多要了钱。妈妈知道了这件事，我很后悔并道歉，自那以后，我从来不对我妈妈说谎。

3说谎是痛苦的 Telling Lies Is Painful

People always say that a good kid should be honest, while for me, I always lie to my parents and do not realize the result that I may bring. Last week, I learned a lesson of telling lies. It was Friday, early in the morning, I did not want to go to school, so I told my mother that I got a fever. I pretended to feel seriously. My mother looked very worried and she came out quickly, I thought she went to work, but after a while, she came back with some medicine. She told me that she asked for leave today and looked after me. I felt a little guilty but I dared not to confess. Then in afternoon, my teacher heard me sick and came to visit me. I felt so painful for telling lies, I wasted everybody’s time. At last, I confess and promised not to lie again.
