1说谎难受 Telling Lies Is Painful

People always say that a good kid should be honest, while for me, I always lie to my parents and do not realize the result that I may bring. Last week, I learned a lesson of telling lies. It was Friday, early in the morning, I did not want to go to school, so I told my mother that I got a fever. I pretended to feel seriously. My mother looked very worried and she came out quickly, I thought she went to work, but after a while, she came back with some medicine. She told me that she asked for leave today and looked after me. I felt a little guilty but I dared not to confess. Then in afternoon, my teacher heard me sick and came to visit me. I felt so painful for telling lies, I wasted everybody’s time. At last, I confess and promised not to lie again.

人们总是说一个好孩子应该诚实，然而对于我来说，我总是对父母撒谎，没有意识到自己造成的后果。上周，我学到了撒谎的教训。那天星期五，一大早，我不想去上学，因此我告诉妈妈我发烧了。我装病得很严重。妈妈很担心我，她很快就跑出去。我以为她上班了，但是一会儿后，妈妈拿着药回来。她告诉我她今天请假来照顾我。我感到有点内疚，但是不敢坦白。在中午，我的老师听说我生病了，来看望我。撒谎使得我很难受，我浪费了大家的时间。最后，我坦诚了，并且承诺再也不说谎了。

2不可撒谎 Never Tell a Lie

Never think you will never be detected, when you want to tell a lie. The chances are, sooner or later, your lie witt be found out and it will then expose you to shame. 　

Telling a lie is morally wrong. Besides, there are many disadvantages lying in the way of a liar. First, he has to have a good memory, lest he contradicts at one time what he said in another. Second, he is always annoyed by his conscience, because he is in constant fear that his falsehood may be found out. Third, a liar is never trusted and respected by others. 　

The result may be that his words, even when he speaks the truth, are not believed. Fourth and the last, once a person has told a lie, he cannot help telling another in order to conceal the first, and then a third and a fourth, until lying becomes ahabit. After that, he may say something untrue even when he wishes to speak the truth.

The disadvantages resulting from telling a lie are too many to be listed. The above are just some of the obvious ones. If you want to be free from these annoyances, if you want to be a trustworthy person, never tell a lie.

3第一次撒谎The First Time I Lie

When we go to school, our teacher tells us children should never lie to parents, but I don’t obey it all the time. I still remember the first time I lie to my mother, I tells her I need some money to buy a book, I don’t tell her the right money, I ask her to give more than I need. My mother knows it, I feel regret and say sorry, since then, I never lie to my mother.

当我们上学的时候，我的老师告诉我们孩子不应该对父母撒谎，但是我没有一直遵守它。我仍然记得我第一次对我妈妈撒谎，我告诉她我需要钱买书，我没有告诉她正确的钱，我多要了钱。妈妈知道了这件事，我很后悔并道歉，自那以后，我从来不对我妈妈说谎。

4诚实Be Honest

Honest is something very important in the present society. As people are clever and clever and the temptation is more and more, some people will lie to get what they want. This is not good. If you lie once, you will lie twice and then three times. That is not the end. You will lie easier day by day. Then you will become a person only telling lies. No one will trust you. How terrible! Just to be an honest person for you and others.

诚实在当今社会是非常重要的。随着人们变得越来越聪明，而且诱惑也越来越多，有些人会通过说谎来得到他们想要的东西。这是不好。如果你说了一次谎，你就会说第二次，第三次。第三次并不代表着结束，你说起谎来会变得越来越容易。之后，你就会成为一个满口谎言的人。没有人相信你。多么可怕！虽然有时候诚实会让你蒙受损失，但是基本上都是一些微不足道的损失。因此，你赢得了别人的信任。而且，如果你总是欺骗别人，他们也会同样对你。这样的话，我们的世界将变成什么样子？我认为我不需要强调信任的重要性。信任能让事情变得完全不一样。为了自己也为了别人，做一个诚实的人吧。
