    The Spring Festival is my most favorite festival, because it’s time for family gathering. And the Spring Festival is a new start of a year. It brings me hope and courage. On Spring Festival, my parents usually take me back to my hometown. My hometown is a small town. Many of my relatives move to the larger cities, but we usually go home when the Spring Festival comes. During the gathering, we share our lives with others and care about each other. Of course, big meals are necessary. Families prepare for the big meals together. They all cook their specialty dishes. Therefore, our meals are always delicious. We often stay at home for three days and then we leave with others’ wishes. I like the Spring Festival, because I like family gathering.
    春节是我最喜欢的节日，因为它是家人团聚的日子。春节也是一年中新的开始，它带给我希望和勇气。在春节这一天，我父母经常带我回老家。我的老家是一个小镇。我很多亲戚都搬到大城市去了，但是春节的时候我们经常回老家。团聚之时，我们相互分享各自的生活，互相关心。当然，大餐是少不了的。全家人一起准备丰盛的晚餐。他们都煮自己擅长的菜。所以，我们的晚餐总是很美味。我们通常在家一起待上三天，然后带着各自的祝福离开。我喜欢春节，因为我喜欢家人团聚。

篇二十：未来生活 Future Life

    With the development of science and technology, our lives have changed a lot in the past century. Many things that wouldn’t happen before have come into reality now. Therefore, our lives will change as well in the future. Our pace of live will greatly speed up, because we will help many machines to finish our work. Many things can be done autonomously. Therefore, people will have more time for fun. People can travel the outer space freely. Space shuttle can bring people to planets far from the earth. Human beings may live in other planets. Besides, our environment will be much better than now, because some effective measures are taken to protect the environment. Earth is still a beautiful home for human.
    随着科技的发展，上个世纪我们的生活发生了很大改变。很多以前不可能发生的事现在都成为了现实。因此，我们将来的生活也会改变。我们的生活节奏会大大加快，因为我们会让很多机器帮我们完成工作。很多事情都可以自动完成。这样人们就有更多时间来玩了。人们可以自由到外太空旅游。航天飞机可以把人们带到远离地球的行星上。此外，我们的环境会比现在好，因为我们可以采取一些有效措施来保护环境。地球仍旧是人类的美好家园。

篇二十一：碧峰峡之旅 A trip to the Bifeng Gorge

   I remember my first trip to the Bifeng Gorge in 2010.I went there with my mother. We went to Chengdu by train first, and then we set off in the morning. It took us 2 hours get there.
   我仍记得2010年我的第一次碧峰峡之旅。我是和妈妈去的。我们先坐火车到成都，然后早上出发，到那花了我们两个小时。
   We visited the zoo at Bifeng Gorge. I found a beautiful bird in the cage. Its feather is colorful. I saw my favorite animal, pandas. They are so lazy but look cute very much. They were sleeping when I looked at them. Next, we began to climb the Bifeng Gorge. My mother let me take a lot of pictures for her, so I had to hold the camera. But finally, we climbed to the top where I could have a good view of mountains and forests. I felt well in the natural fascinating place. I had a good time there.
   我们参观了碧峰峡的动物园。我发现笼子里有一只漂亮的鸟。它的羽毛是彩色的。我还看到我最喜欢的动物——熊猫。它们慵懒但是看起来很可爱。当我观赏它们的时候它们正在睡觉。接着，我们就开始爬碧峰峡了。我妈妈让我帮她拍了很多相片，所以我要拿着相机。但是最后我们爬到了山顶，在那里我们可以看到山峰和树林。身处迷人的自然之地感觉很舒服。我在那里度过了愉快的时光。
   We returned Zigong at the next night. It was such an exciting trip that I would never forget.
   第二天晚上我们就返回自贡。这次旅途令人兴奋，我难以忘怀。
