   Today is my sister’s wedding. I take part in it with my parents. We get to the hotel at about 6:00 p.m.. My sister and her husband is waiting for the guests in front of the lobby. She is so beautiful today that I have never seen. Of course her husband is handsome, too. I met him before, and he is so kind to me. The ceremony starts at 7:00 p.m.. They exchange their rings and vows and thank for their parents. And then we enjoy the wedding feast. The dishes are so delicious that I eat too much. I show my best wishes to them, hoping their love last forever and a happy life.
   今天，我和爸爸妈妈参加了一个姐姐的婚礼。我们下午六点就到酒店了，姐姐和她的丈夫在酒店门口迎宾。姐姐今天很美，她的丈夫也很帅。我们以前见过面，他对我很好。仪式七点钟开始，他们在仪式上交换了戒指和誓言，并感谢父母的养育之恩。接着酒席就开始了。那些菜都很好吃，以致我吃得太饱了。我祝姐姐和她的丈夫百年好合，生活美满幸福。

篇二十六：The Spring Festival 春节

    There are many festivals in China. Among them, I like the Spring Festival most. Not only because it’s the biggest festival in the year, but also because it’s a new beginning that brings hope to people and it’s time for family gathering. Before the festival, people come home no matter where they are. Usually, we have a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. And then families sit together and share their lives or planes. Some will play games or hang out to have some fun. On the New Year’s Day, people get up early and say good words to anyone they meet. Children can get lucky money from relatives. In the following days, we will visit relative’s home and bring New Year’s wishes to them. In short, it’s a time for family gathering and all of us enjoy it.
    在我国，一年有很多节日，在这些节日中，我最喜欢春节。这不仅因为它是一年中最大的节日，更因为它是新一年的开始，给人们带来新的希望，也因为它是亲朋好友团聚的时刻。不管身在何方，人们总会在春节前回到家里准备过节。通常，我们会在除夕夜吃一顿丰盛的晚餐，之后家人团座一起，分享一年以来的生活以及新年计划。有的人则会玩游戏或者出去玩。大年初一，人们通常会早起，会与见到的人说吉祥话。孩子们会得到压岁钱。在接下来的几天里，人们会带上新年祝福互相串门拜年。总之，春节是一个欢聚一堂、供人享乐的日子。

篇二十七：桂林之旅 A Trip to Guilin

   I had a wonderful trip to Guilin with my parents this summer holiday. It is a small city in the northeast of Guangxi. It has more than 2,000 year’s history and the whole city is about 27,800 square kilometers. There are green mountains, clear waters, unique caves and beautiful stones there. The most famous tourist attractions are elephant trunk hill, Li River, reed flute cave and Seven-star Park. Elephant trunk hill is the symbol of the city. It is really a fantastic hill. It looks like a huge elephant drinking water by the Li River!
   Ask your parents to bring you to Guilin next time. You can go there by air, by train or by bus and get around on free buses in the city. If you go, I can go with you. I would like to visit it again! I am sure we will have a great time there.
