According to the survey the poor population account for 20 percent of total population in Yunnan is about 5.2 million. Many of them have not warm clothes and quilts in winter only one set of clothes throughout the year even worse some families all the people crowded in a bed at night and which one going out during the day can wear the unique cloths.
