We should build healthy eating habits. We should eat fresh vegetables and fruits everyday.They supply rich and the necessary vitamins for us. We also should eat less meat everday.And we had better drink a glass of milk in the morning or at night. Besides, we should focus on abalanced diet, which assures us the necessary nutritions. Junk food is a fatal killer for our health so that we should stay far from them. 

It is said that most of students do not eat anything at all in the morning. It is very bad for our health. Breakfast is the most important meal for people.

Good living habits are important to our lives, which ensure us a healthy body and a good mood.

Having a good rest is the basic, so that we can have enough energy in the whole day. Otherwise, we can do nothing if we were sleepy. Therefore, remember to sleep and get up early. Besides, eating healthily also plays an important role. There is an old saying goes, “A close mouth catches no flies.” That is telling us pay attention to our eating. Finally, doing exercises is essential. It brings us health as well as relaxation and pleasure. Many stress and negative emotions can be drained away by doing exercises. 

In short, healthy living habits bring many benefits, although sometimes you even do not realize.

良好的生活习惯对我们的生活很重要,它能保证我们有一个健康的身体以及愉快的心情。

4healthy habits

I think healthy habits are very important for us.

All of us want to be healthy. 

First, we should get enough sleep during the night. We can go to bed early and get up early. Staying up late is bad for our health. 

Second, we must have the right kinds of food. We should eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat. We should drink a lot of water. We should have healthy eating habits. Third, we should do more exercise to build up our bodies.

Finally, we should wash hands before meals and brush our teeth twice a day. If we don’t feel well, we should go to see the doctor at once.

我认为健康的生活习惯对我们来说是非常重要的。

我们都想要健康。

首先,我们应该得到足够的睡眠在晚上。我们可以去早睡和早起。熬夜对我们的健康是不好的。
