Every one wants to keep healthy today, especially our students. But we don’t pay attention to our health. Some of them go to school without breakfast in the morning. Some students and pupils play computer games or watch TV all day, especially at the weekends. Many boys think it is cool to drink or smoke.

It is important for us to have good habits. We should eat breakfast every morning. We can watch TV or play games for a short time, then have a rest. We also can take part in some clubs. I think it is necessary for us to keep healthy.

今天每一个想要保持健康,特别是我们的学生。但我们不注意我们的健康。有些人早上不吃早餐就去上学。一些学生和学生整天玩电脑游戏或看电视,尤其是在周末的时候。许多男孩觉得喝酒或者抽烟很酷。

好习惯对我们是很重要的。我们应该每天早上吃早餐。我们可以看电视或者玩游戏在短时间内,然后休息一下。我们也可以参加一些俱乐部。我认为这对于我们保持健康是必要的。


2keep healthy

All of us want to be healthy. What should we do to keep healthy? 

First, we should eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat every day. We shouldn’t eat too much meat or fast food. Second, it’s necessary for us to have enough sleep. It will keep you active during the day. Third, exercising often is also a good way to keep healthy. Such as running, swimming ,playing basketball and so on. Finally, we should keep our rooms clean and the air fresh all the time.    

If you try to do that, you’ll be a healthier person.

我们都想要健康。我们应该做些什么来保持健康呢?

首先,我们应该每天多吃水果和蔬菜,少吃肉。我们不应该吃太多的肉或者快餐。第二,我们有充足的睡眠是必要的。它会让你在白天活动。第三,经常锻炼也是保持健康的好方法。比如跑步,游泳,打篮球等等。最后,我们应该保持我们的房间干净,空气新鲜。

如果你想这样做,你会成为一个健康的人。


3keep healthy

More and more people get fatter and fatter, so people should keep healthy. So how can we keep healthy? Here are some good ways.  We should eat healthy food every day, such as vegetables,   fruits......

 Don’t eat fast  food and too much meat. It can be very harmful.  Play sports is very important. We should go to school on foot instead of car. After supper, we can go for a walk.  

Sleep 8 hours is necessary, so we should sleep every day. And we should often laugh or smell. It’s important!

越来越多的人变得越来越胖,所以人们应该保持健康。那么我们怎样才能保持健康呢?这里有一些好方法。我们应该每天吃健康的食物,比如蔬菜,水果……

不要吃快餐和太多的肉。它可以是非常有害的。做运动是非常重要的。我们应该步行去学校而不是汽车。晚饭后,我们可以去散步。

睡8个小时是必要的,所以我们应该每天睡眠。我们应该经常笑或气味。是很重要的!
