I have two good methods.
I wake up early and sleep early. I wake up daily at six in the morning and sleep every night at ten o'clock. This practice has help me to keep alert in school.
The other good practice is that I excercise regularly. I will jog for three kilometres in the park three times a week. Jogging help me to maintain my ideal weight. Jogging also help me to reduce stress.

I have some habbits some are good but some are bad.
