1制止校园暴力 Stop the School Violence

As we all know the situation of school violence most appears in high school because the students are in the age of rebellious phase. But recently the school violence situation is increasing rapidly with a trend of small age among primary and secondary school students. The reason why students become more aggressive than before I think both parents and school are lay responsibility at this.

众所周知，校园暴力的情形通常发生在高中，因为学生正处于叛逆期。但是最近这种校园暴力情况呈现低龄化，出现在小学和初中。我想家长和老师在学生变得比以前好斗这个问题上有不可推卸的责任。

In the first place some parents spoiled their child so much that they won’t let other child to hurt their baby a little bit. And they always teach their child to strive for what they want but they usually didn’t tell them the exactly right way to achieve their goal. As a result child chooses the most direct way to get what they want like use violence. This is a consequence that kids doing something without their parent are the right guidance.

第一，有些家长是在是太宠孩子，他们不会让其他孩子伤他们的宝贝一根毫毛。他们也总是教孩子要争取他们想要的，但是通常他们没有告诉他们如何正确的达到他们的目标。结果就是，孩子通常会选择最直接的方法，使用暴力。这就是孩子做事没有得到父母正确指导的后果。

In the second place most schools focus on the teaching quality too much; hence they ignore the mental growth of the students. Compare to the student achievement the bully case really doesn't seem so important as long as it is not so serious. As a matter of fact the abuser will become more violent if no one stops them at the same time the victim will become weaker or they might also become an abuser to bully the one who are weaker than them.

第二，很多学校只注重教学质量，因此，他们无视了学生的心理成长。相对于学生的成绩，那些欺凌事件并不是很重要，只要不是很严重就好。事实上，施暴者如果没有人阻止他们的话，他们会变得更加暴力，同时，受害者会变得比以前更加懦弱，或者他们也会变成施暴者，去欺凌比他们弱的学生。

To speak frankly only when parents and teachers pay more attention to the mental growth of children and stop the school violent in time can the problem be solved in near future.

坦白的说，只有家长和老师都注重学生的心理成长，还有即使地制止校园暴力，这个问题才能在不久的将来得以解决。

2反校园欺凌 Anti-bully In Campus

The show British Got Talented is very popular around the world it is the original show. As it is so hot and many talented people have found their stagesits influence on other countries can’t be ignored. Last night I saw an episode of a boy composing a song with his friend it reminded the public of the issue of anti-bully in campus.

《英国达人秀》在世界各地很受欢迎这是原创的节目。因为它是如此的火热许多有才华的人找到了他们的舞台这个节目对其他国家的影响不可忽视的。昨晚我看了一集，一个男孩与他的朋友写了一首歌它提醒了公众反校园暴力的问题。

When the boy and his friend stood on the stage he was so shy and he looked very nice. He told the audience that they would sing a song which was composed by himself and the judges were so looking forward to hearing it. As the boy sung the audience sensed his miserable days in his childhood he was bullied by the higher grade students. His friend sung the part of giving hope. The judges were so touched and they spoke highly of this inspring song.

当男孩和他的朋友站在舞台上时他很害羞也很友好。他告诉观众他们将要唱一首自创的歌评委们充满了期待。当男孩唱起来了观众感觉到他童年里悲伤的日子他被高年级的学生欺负。他的朋友则演唱给予希望的部分。评委们非常感动他们高度评价这首令人振奋的歌曲。

There are always some big guys trying to control the situation so they bully others. This behavior is condemned by the public. The one who plays the role of bad guy is actually always the one with weak heart. The movement of anti-bully in campus needs everybody to care for each other.

总有一些高大的家伙试图控制局势因此他们欺负别人。这样的行为受到了公众谴责。总是扮演坏人角色的那些人实际上有着软弱的心。反校园暴力的活动需要大家彼此关爱。

3如何避免孩子变得暴力How to Avoid Children Become Violent

Recently bully children has become a hot topic again this problem is never out of news. This situation usually appears in school the strong tall boys are always bully the weak one. However now some girls seems had joined in the bully team. It’s reported a 12 year old girl who beat a 1 year old boy badly in the elevator and throw him down from 25th floor. I believe it’s high time to avoid this bully situation.

最近恶霸孩童又成为了热点，这个问题永远都不会淡出新闻界。这种情形通常发生在校园里，强壮高大的男生常常欺凌弱小的。然而，现在有些女生似乎也加入了暴力队伍。有报道说一个12岁的女孩在电梯里暴打一个1岁的男孩，然后把他从25楼丢下去。我相信现在是时候避免这种暴力情况了。

I think there are two important affection lead to children’s behavior. The first one is the education from parents. As we all know parents are the first and most affective teacher for children. Since children are every good at copying parents’ manners will directly copied by children. Therefore parents should not quarrel or fight in front of children and spend more energy to teach children how to love others. Especially for a single parent family.

我认为影响孩子行为有两个重要的因素。第一就是父母的教育。我们都知道父母是孩子第一位也是最具影响力的老师。孩子们会直接模仿父母的行为举止，因为孩子都善于模仿。因此，父母不该在孩子面前吵架或者大家，而是花更多精力教导孩子如何去关爱他人。特别是单亲家庭里。

Second the children’s second teacher is the teacher from school. If teacher didn’t stop the violence as soon as possible the school will become a cradle of violence. Teacher should not only teach student the knowledge from books but also teach them how to behavior well. Moreover children spend more time at school than at home hence teacher should take the responsibility to keep them out of violence.

第二，孩子的第二位老师就是学校的老师。如果老师没有尽可能快递制止暴力，那么学校就会成为暴力的摇篮。老师不应该只教课本上的知识，同时也该教他们如何循规蹈矩。再者，孩子待在学校的时间比待在家里久，因此老师该担负起让孩子远离暴力的重任。

To sum up children become a good one or bad one is due to the guidance from parents and teachers. The best way to avoid children become violent is teach them behavior well and supervise them.

中而言之，孩子是好是坏取决于父母和老师的引导。防止孩子变得暴力的最好方法是教育他们循规蹈矩和监督他们。
