1跑步 Running
I like many kinds of sports such as swimming running table-tennis and badminton. But I like running most. Running is a good activity for people to keep healthy and relieve pressures. Besides it’s very easy for me to running. I can run in the morning or after class. And I can run alone. I don’t have to find a partner to run with me. After running I always feel good and relaxed. It has become a part of my life.
我喜欢很多种运动,比如游泳,跑步,乒乓球和羽毛球。但是我最喜欢的是跑步。跑步是人们保持身体健康和释放压力的运动。此外,我觉得跑步很容易。我可以在早上或课后进行跑步。我也可以一个人跑,不需要找伴一起跑。跑步过后,我总是感觉很好很放松。跑步已经成为我生活中的一部分。
2我喜欢跑步 I Like Running
Every morning I will wake up early and then do some exercise. I like running very much so I will run around my house. Running on the street and park I can see the city in its morning face the street is so quiet some people are dancing some are walking. I enjoy running in the morning I feel so comfortable I feel life is easy and happy.
每天早上,我会很早就起来,然后做一些锻炼。我很喜欢跑步,因此我会围绕着家周围跑步。在街上和公园里跑步,我可以看到这个城市早上的面容,街上很安静,一些人在跳舞,一些人在散步。我很享受早上跑步,我觉得很舒服,感到生活是如此的轻松和愉快。
3我喜欢体育课 I Love PE
I would spend the most of my PE lesson to exercise rather than study in class. There are various activities such as playing table tennis playing football and so on. While I just love running especially the long-distance running for it exercises my endurance and perseverance.Not only it is beneficial to prevent and cure diseases but it can alleviate my pressure from study.
我会把大部分的体育课花在锻炼上而不是在教室里学习。有各种各样的活动比如打乒乓球踢足球等等。然而我只是喜欢跑步尤其是长跑因为它可以锻炼我的耐力和毅力。它不仅有利于预防、治疗疾病而且它可以缓解我的学习压力。
So every time I have difficulty in my study I always run on the playground for relax. Then I would feel better and focus on my study again.
所以,每当我在学习上遇到困难时,我总是在操场上跑步放松。之后我就会感觉好点,专更加注于学习。
4我喜欢运动I Like Sport
I like sport not only because it can help me to keep health but also because it makes me relaxed. Study all day long makes me tired so that I often do sports with my classmates after class. We play basketball most and sometimes play table tennis or badminton. In addition I like running especially when I’m upset for I think it’s the best way to let the depression off.
我喜欢运动不只是因为它能帮助我保持健康,而且能使我放松。一整天的学习让我感觉很累,所以放学后我经常和我同学去做运动。我们玩得最多的是篮球,有时候也打网球或羽毛球。另外,我喜欢跑步,特别是我郁闷的时候,因为我认为这是赶走沮丧最好的方法。
